Answers to the most common questions about hiring with us.

We primarily service the Hawkes Bay region, including Central Hawkes Bay, Hastings, Napier, Havelock North, and surrounding areas. For events outside this region, please contact us to discuss delivery options and any additional fees that may apply.

4-6 months in advance if event is between september - march, this is our busiest season. otherwise 1-2 weeks is fine. Popular items book out quickly, so earlier is always better to secure your preferred dates.

Yes, we offer full delivery, setup, and collection. Our team coordinates timing and positioning with you to ensure everything is perfectly arranged before your event while seamlessly collected afterwards. Setup and pack-down are included in the prices.

We understand accidents happen, thats why we only hire out reliable, high quality equipment. if an item is damaged or lost the customer responsible can expect a replacement fee.

We accept all forms of bank transfers, we can also arrange payment plans. for larger bookings over 2k A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.
